• Question: whats the worst part about your job?

      Definitely the weather. If I lived in California or Australia I would have no complaints about being a marine biologist. But as you know it rains A LOT in Ireland, and when you work outside a lot, you get wet! I have a good rain jacket, waterproof trousers and wellies but sometimes that’s not even enough. I have got absolutely soaked so many times! But there is no better feeling than getting out of your wet clothes, putting on clean ones, a pair of woolly socks and having a hot cup of tea 🙂
